Instructions for Oral and Poster presenters

Poster instructions

• Posters must reflect the material summarized in your abstract.
• Poster size is 45 inches horizontal by 45 inches vertical. The overall poster board is 4’x8’ with two poster presentations on each side of the board.

Oral presentations

• Oral presentation must be 10 minutes.
• 5 minutes for discussion and question period.
• Please bring presentation in ppt to the speaker room at least one hour before presentaion.
